Whilst working in New York, our CEO observed that even the most Senior leaders experience self-doubt, a major obstacle to their success. At the core of enhancing their performance and results – was confidence, not skills. Yet most leadership development companies provide transactional skill-building. And most leaders forget what they learn.
She dreamed of inspiring people to harness their confidence first – because this has the greatest impact on success and happiness. Having grown up in Australia, where Tall Poppy Syndrome encourages leaders to quieten their achievements, she set out to flip the script. Changing the story to be one of empowerment and bringing up those around us. Leaders who Stand Tall.

With over 15-years of experience, Greg is a dynamic leadership facilitator, educator, and executive coach who has led and lived change through his internal Organisation and Leadership Development and professorial experience in the US and Australia. Peta’s global experience includes over 20-years in the administrative and marketing space with Fortune 100 Financial Services companies, including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and American Express. She has completed a Diploma of Business in Australia and launched her career in London for over a decade, before moving back to Perth, Australia.
