How many participants per Lean-in Session?
It is designed for up to twenty participants. This number allows for open discussion, while developing enough leaders to drive positive impact. The sessions work in a series, scheduled across six months to intentionally build skills whilst also allowing a different audience to attend along the way. There is also the option of providing internally led sessions guided by a senior Women Leader, in between the Tall Poppies led sessions – to enhance the learnings.
Can these sessions be arranged virtually if needed?
Yes! These sessions engage leaders for 60 to 90-minutes, across multiple locations. They serve to connect leaders across cities and regions to create a community. Your participants will need to be either 1) all in person or 2) all virtual, dialing in individually from their workstations. It is not as impactful if there is a blend.
